MARRIAGE LICENSE INFORMATION: The cost is $60 CASH for your Marriage License. There are no appointments - you just go down to the office and wait in line. There is NO WAITING PERIOD in the State of Nevada to get your license. There is NO BLOOD TEST is required. Both parties MUST be present for a license to be issued. They will ask to see your I.D. (driver's license or passport) Location: Clark County Marriage Bureau (at the Clark County Justice Center) Address: 201 Clark St. (in downtown Las Vegas) Phone Number: (702) 671-0600 Hours: 8: a.m. to 12 Midnight, 7 days a week.
